​It Takes A Village survives on the kind hearted donations of others. Please remember when donating, there is no such thing as too little of a donation. You are helping to aid individuals and families that have fallen on hard times. Homelessness in Washington is at an all time high. On any giving night there is an estimated 20,844 homeless on the street. Unfortunately those less fortunate do not have everyday necessities like you and me. This is where ITAV comes in. ITAV would like to fill that gap with providing the homeless with the everyday necessities. This is why your donation is critical to the continuation and development of It Takes A Village. ITAV not only would like to provide hundreds of thousands of bags to the homeless we also want to be able to create jobs within our organization that will in turn assist in giving adults and teens the proper professional skills needed to progress in life.
